How do I generate screenshots?

Open the app, create a new project, upload your raw screenshots, and StoreShot will produce store-ready marketing images.

Where do I delete my account?

Inside the StoreShot app: open Settings → Delete Account. See our Account Deletion page for full details.

Which platforms is StoreShot available on?

StoreShot is available on iOS and Android.

API and billing

Where do I get an API key?

Sign in to the developer console and create a key. Test keys (ss_test_…) are free; your first key also comes with 4 free credits. See the API overview.

How do I buy API credits or change my plan?

On the billing page of the developer console. Prices are on the pricing page. In-app purchases in the mobile apps stay with the App Store and Google Play.

Who do I contact about the API or an invoice?

Email storeshot@draggable.io with your account email and, for API problems, the X-Request-Id of the request.
