Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your StoreShot account and all associated data at any time.

How to delete your account

1. Open the StoreShot app
2. Sign in to your account
3. Go to Settings → Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

You’ll receive a confirmation email. Once you confirm via the link in that email, your account and data are permanently removed.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following are permanently removed:

• Your account record (email, sign-in identifier)
• All projects you’ve created
• All screenshots you’ve uploaded
• All marketing images we’ve generated for you

Retention

Most data is removed immediately. Server logs and backups may retain technical traces for up to 30 days before being purged.

Can’t access the app?

If you’re unable to access the StoreShot app to delete your account, email us at storeshot@draggable.io from the email address associated with your account and we’ll process the deletion manually.
